When you first use the light strip, you may smell bad.Just keep it for some days, the smell will disappear.
The adhesive backing is strong and adheres well to properly prepared surfaces. Please make sure that the mounting surface is clean. Then it will hold the adhesive tape. We recommend cleaning the surface with alcohol before you use the tape.
This strip light kit only provide two connection joints, no extra connector include.
Connection joints, controller box and power adapter are not waterproof.
Please make sure the IR receiver ( black on white box) does not be covered or shielded.
Don’t forget to remove battery plastic cover in the remote before using this tape lights.
The “W” key on the remote is not pure white but close to white.
