Early laboratory research has shown melamine based tableware to leach melamine at various temperatures and when combined with other chemicals (such as formaldehyde and cyan uric) have the potential to pose a risk. As we expect the debate to begin on the safety of this chemical, the research we reviewed caused us ask a simple question. Does the product have to have melamine. Nope. So we built our set to be completely free of it. The Feeding Set was designed for a wide range of feeding ages. The thinkbaby bowl is perfect for cereal, soup or any mealtime snack. The interior is made from food grade stainless steel, and then insulated with polypropylene. The bowl is also outfitted with a lid, which we made slightly orange so that it is easy to locate in the lid drawer. Perfect for the beginning solid food eater to adults.

The bottles feature our anti-colic nipples, which helps reduce gas and spit up. The anti-colic system is actually built into the nipple for easy cleaning with no little parts to lose or break. The bottles come with Slow Flow Cross Cut nipples designed for newborns to 3 months. If your child is between 3 and 6 months, we recommend our Medium Flow Cross Cut. For ages 6 to 12 months, we recommend our Fast Flow Cross Cut nipples. The advantage to the cross cut design is that is no spill. For strong feeders, we do also offer Single Hole nipples. All Thinkbaby bottles feature our travel cap to reduce chance of spillage during travel. The bottles are made from medical grade plastic called PES and can easily be cleaned in the top rack of the dishwasher. The Thinkbaby ThinkSaucer is made of polypropylene for safety and easy cleaning, and is free from harmful chemicals like BPA, phthalates, melamine, and PET. The silicone suction bottom keeps the saucer stuck to the surface it is placed on, but can also be removed once your little one begins to grow. Removable top makes it easy to store food as leftovers, or travel with snacks. It is dishwasher-safe, and we recommend placing the bowl in the top rack.
